Logging Calls and Notes
Keep a full history of every interaction with every lead.
The activity timeline
Every lead has an activity timeline — a chronological log of everything that's happened: status changes, notes, call logs, appointments, and automation triggers.
The timeline is visible to everyone on your team. This means any rep can pick up a lead and immediately understand the full history.
Adding a note
Open a lead. Scroll to the Activity section. Type your note in the input and hit enter or click Add note. The note is saved with your name and timestamp.
Use notes to log:
- What was said on a call
- Objections raised
- Specific interests or timing ("wants to revisit Q3")
- Follow-up context
Tagging leads
Tags allow you to create custom categories beyond the built-in statuses. Examples:
- "High intent"
- "Price sensitive"
- "Referral"
- "Campaign A"
Add tags from the lead detail page. Filter the lead table by tag to pull a targeted working list.
