Common questions
Where does Outboundr get its data?
Outboundr scrapes Google Maps in real time using a browser automation engine. All data is publicly available: business names, addresses, phone numbers, and websites that appear on Google Maps.
Do I need to connect Google to use the scraper?
No. The scraper works without any Google account. Connecting Google is optional. It enables syncing appointments to Google Calendar and sending emails via Gmail.
How accurate is the AI lead score?
The score is based on objective signals: whether the lead has an email address, phone number, website, how many interactions have been logged, and the current status. It gives you a fast way to prioritize, not a guarantee.
Can I import leads from a CSV?
Yes. On the Leads page, click the Import button. Upload a CSV with a companyName column. Additional columns (email, phone, city, etc.) are mapped automatically.
What happens when my scrape job limit is reached?
You'll see an upgrade prompt when you try to start a new job. Jobs from the current month count toward the limit. The counter resets at the start of each billing period.
Is there a free plan?
Yes. The Free plan gives you unlimited leads and 5 scrape jobs per month. No credit card needed to get started.
