How the Scraper Works

Under the hood: how Outboundr finds, deduplicates, and enriches leads.

Data sources

Outboundr currently scrapes from Google Maps — the most complete public database of local businesses. It captures:

  • Business name
  • Phone number
  • Website URL
  • Physical address
  • City and region
  • Google rating and review count

Additional enrichment (email, social profiles) runs automatically after the initial scrape where available.

Deduplication

Outboundr checks every incoming lead against your existing database before importing. If a business with the same name and city already exists, it won't be added again. This means you can safely run multiple jobs targeting overlapping areas without ending up with duplicates.

Enrichment pipeline

After the raw scrape, Outboundr attempts to enrich each lead with:

  • Email address (extracted from the business website where present)
  • Website quality assessment
  • Social media links

Enrichment runs in the background and takes 1–3 minutes after the initial job completes.

Job limits

Job limits depend on your plan:

  • Free — 2 scrape jobs per month
  • Starter — 20 scrape jobs per month
  • Pro — 100 scrape jobs per month
  • Agency — Unlimited

Each job can return up to 400 leads depending on availability in the target area.
