How replies are sorted and what happens to each lead.
Sorting
Every reply to a campaign lands in the Inbox, and the lead's remaining campaign steps stop. AI gives each reply a label:
| Label | What happens |
|---|---|
| Interested | The lead gets a high priority on the call list. A new or attempted lead moves to Connected. You set it to Qualified yourself after a real conversation. |
| Question | The lead gets a high priority on the call list, so someone answers it. |
| Come back later | Outboundr schedules a follow-up task for later (90 days by default) and moves the lead to Connected. |
| Not interested | The lead leaves every campaign and is set to Disqualified. |
| Unsubscribed | Same as not interested: out of every campaign, set to Disqualified. |
| Out of office | Stays in the inbox; nothing changes on the lead. |
| Other | Stays in the inbox for you to look at. |
