The Call List and Calling
Priorities, click-to-call and AI summaries.
The call list
The Call list holds the leads your team should call. It is ordered by priority: leads that replied interested or with a question come first, then call steps from campaigns, then the rest by status and date. Use the board view to move leads by status, or the list view to work through them. Managers can filter per team member.
Each lead shows its open task with the script for that call step. The pitch guide next to the list shows your ideal customer profile, knowledge base entries and objection handling.
Calling with Voys
Connect your own Voys account under Settings → Integrations. When you click call, your own phone rings first and then the lead's. The call is logged on the lead.
What calling costs
Calling costs no credits, and there is no limit on how many calls you make. Calls run through your own Voys account, so Voys bills the call minutes to you under your own Voys subscription. Outboundr does not charge per call.
The AI summary after a call counts as one AI action. How many AI actions you get per day depends on your plan: Free none, Starter 50, Pro 200, Agency unlimited.
AI summary
After the call, AI writes a short summary from the outcome, the call length and your notes. It is based on those, not on a recording.
Appointments
Plan an appointment from the lead, or on the Appointments page. The lead gets a confirmation with a calendar invite, or your own planner link (Calendly, Cal.com, HubSpot Meetings, Salesforce Scheduler, Google Calendar or another link). A reminder goes out 24 hours before when Settings → Integrations → Automatic emails → Reminders is on.
Sending qualified leads to your CRM
Connect HubSpot or Salesforce under Settings → Integrations. When a lead becomes Qualified, Outboundr sends it to your CRM.
