Add your sales reps and assign leads in minutes.

Adding team members

Outboundr is built for teams. You can invite sales reps, assign leads to specific people, and track individual performance from a single dashboard.

How to invite someone

1. Go to SettingsTeam

2. Click Invite member

3. Enter their email address and select their role

4. Click Send invite

They'll receive an email with a sign-up link. Once they accept, they appear in your team list and can be assigned to leads.

Roles

  • Admin — Full access. Can manage team members, billing, and all leads.
  • Member — Can manage leads, run scrape jobs, and book appointments. Cannot manage billing or team settings.

Assigning leads

Open any lead and use the Assigned to field to select a team member. The lead now appears in their personal queue and they receive a notification.

You can also bulk-assign leads from the lead table: select multiple rows and use the bulk action menu.

Tracking team performance

Your dashboard shows individual stats for each team member: leads assigned, calls made, appointments booked, deals closed. Use this to run your weekly sales reviews.
