From sign-up to your first 200 leads in under 10 minutes.
Welcome to Outboundr
Outboundr is a B2B lead generation platform that helps you scrape, manage, and close leads from a single dashboard. This guide gets you operational in under 10 minutes.
Step 1 — Create your account
Head to outboundr.io/sign-up and create your account. No credit card required for the Free plan.
After signing in, you'll land on your dashboard. It's empty right now — let's fix that.
Step 2 — Run your first scrape job
Click Scraper in the left sidebar. You'll see the job form at the top.
Fill in:
- Keywords — What type of business you're targeting (e.g. "painters", "cleaning companies", "roofers")
- Location — City or region (e.g. "Amsterdam", "Rotterdam", "Utrecht")
- Target types — What contact info the lead must have (phone, website, email)
Click Start Scrape Job. Outboundr will pull matching businesses from Google Maps in real time. A typical job returns 100–400 leads and completes in 2–5 minutes.
Step 3 — Review your leads
Once the job completes, your leads are automatically imported into the CRM. Click Leads in the sidebar to see them.
You can:
- Search by company name, city, or phone number
- Filter by status, tag, or enrichment completeness
- Click any lead to open the detail view
Step 4 — Update your first lead
Open a lead. Change the status to Contacted after your first call. Add a note with what was discussed. Outboundr logs everything in the activity timeline.
From here, the platform guides you: overdue follow-ups surface automatically, appointments appear on your dashboard, and automations handle the routine work.
