From Prospect to Campaign
Save prospects as leads or put them straight into a campaign.
Two ways forward
After revealing, you can:
- Add to a campaign with the campaign button in the bar at the bottom: the prospects become leads and join the campaign you pick. This works for prospects whose contact details you revealed.
- + Leads: the prospects become leads in your pipeline, without a campaign.
Either way they show up under Leads with the source "Prospect".
Importing your own leads
Already have a list? Import a CSV from the Leads page, or directly inside a campaign. Download the template first: it needs a company name column, and known columns such as email, phone and city are matched by their name. Other columns are not imported.
Unsubscribes and refusals
When someone replies that they are not interested or wants to unsubscribe, Outboundr removes the lead from every campaign and sets it to Disqualified.
